About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The Indiana Health Law Review publishes articles submitted by academics, practitioners, and students on the topics of health law and policy. The scope includes bioethics, malpractice liability, managed care, anti-trust, health care organizations, medical-legal research, legal medicine, and food and drug law. The Indiana Health Law Review will be published twice during the 2011-12 academic year.

Publisher

Indiana Health Law Review is published by the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. The journal is hosted and supported by the IUPUI University Library.

Publication Frequency

Indiana Health Law Review publishes two issues per year.

Open Access Policy

This is an open access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
