A New Junior Synonym for the Holarctic Species Ametropus Fragilis Albarda, 1878 (Insecta: Ephemeroptera: Ametropodidae)

Abstract

Based on two previously published and independent studies, the Nearctic species Ametropus neavei McDunnough, 1928 (Insecta: Ephemeroptera: Ametropodidae) should be considered a junior synonym of the Holarctic species, A. fragilis Albarda, 1878 [5A. neavei, new synonym].
