Focus and Scope

Overheard in Seville: Bulletin of the Santayana Society is an annual publication of The Santayana Society, an international organization established to promote original scholarship on the work of George Santayana. Since 1983 the Bulletin has published scholarly articles, announcements of publications and meetings, and annual updates to the Santayana bibliography.

Publisher

Overheard in Seville: Bulletin of the Santayana Society is published by the George Santayana Society. The journal is hosted and supported by the IUPUI University Library in partnership with the Santayana Edition.

Review Process

All submissions, including those requested by the editors, are subject to peer review for content and editorial review for conformance to standards.

Overheard in Seville: Bulletin of the Santayana Society is published annually.

Open Access Policy

One month after print publication, Overheard in Seville provides open access to all its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the each issue of this journal, or use them for any other lawful purpose. We request that any rerepublication or other reuse of items in this journal acknowledge Overheard in Seville as the place or original publication.

Article Processing Charges

This journal does not charge any submission publication fees. A print copy is available for at least a thirty dollar ($30) donation to the George Santayana Society at http://georgesantayanasociety.org/.
