Mental Health Services for Juvenile Offenders: A University Community Collaborative Project
AbstractAn innovative University of Central Florida collaborative project has provided 56 university students with a structured hands-on learning experience. The students, in turn, have produced more than 10, 000 hours of free assessment and case management services to the juvenile offender population. The author encourages replication of the project and identifies specific considerations and challenges in the project's development.
